WOMENs POOL

Two pools of 3 teams. The top 2 teams from each pool will play the semifinals
(First from pool A will play Second from pool B and First from pool B will play Second from pool A. The winner from both semis meet at the final.)

Games will be 7mins each half, with the full pitches. Rolling subs will be the rule of the day, no limits. As long as there are 7 players from each team is on the field at any point of the allocated 7mins of that particular game.

MENS POOLS

There will be no ¼ and semi-finals for men. The top points team from both pools will proceed directly to the finals after their 4 games from their allocated pools

Each game will be played under 7mins per half. Rolling subs-no limits as long as there are 7 players on the field at any point during that particular 7 mins game. Full pitch will be use on all games.
