For Ladies, Men and Juniors rugby teams.

Valhall 2011 is just 4 months away and it is time to give an update of the tournament information thats available so far.

We will be accepting 10 Men Teams, 6 Women and 4 U18s. Next years Vallhalls tournament(2011) will be from Friday the 25th of February at 1800hrs(6pm) to 2100hrs(9pm) and Saturday 26th from 0900hrs to 1800hrs. The Valhall party will be at M3 BAR. Update on this will follow in due time.

So far we have 3 clubs from outside Norway that wants to participate in the Women category and 4 for the Men. In cases of this overseas teams drop out in the last hrs...local teams are encourage to fill in their standby team if they have and can.

Team Numbers Rule:

As always, this tournnament will not limit the numbers of players in a team. As long as there are 7 players in the field and rolling subs are properly managed and the referees are informed, than all is good.

Since there is only one ground that is used all day long, we can only take in certain numbers of teams. 10 for MEN and 6 for WOMEN and 4 for JNRS. With this numbers, we should be finishing off on the time allocated to us, 1800hrs Saturday.

Team Fee:

There are more than 10 teams for Men and more than 6 teams for Women that wants to participate next year. We will take the first 10 clubs for Men and first 6 for Women that pays their team fee on time: 1,000 NOK / Team.

Team Fee Deadline:

The last date to pay up will be November 30th 2010. We will finalise the pools and draws after that and will put the updated pools and draws up so all can know what to expect when returning from the holiday season.
