Younger players age 17 for boys and 16 for girls can now play in National competition for senior players like Norgescup Damer 7s and NM15s.

For rugby competions like Norgescup Damer 7s or NM15s, both a letter of consent from the player´s parent(s), and from a medical doctor will be asked to under 18 players before the game.

However no under 18 players will be allowed to play in a front-row position, except in matches governed by either the 7-aside variations or the under-19 variations to the Laws of the Game.

The number of under 18 players in a senior team is also limited to 2 in a 7s game and 3 in a 15s game.
