TEAM NUMBERS RULE

No LIMIT rule. As long as there are 07 players on the field at a game time. Rolling Substitute may run on at any given time decided by the coach and if the referee is notified.

GAME TIME

Game time for most of the games will be the standard 7minutes each half on pool games and 10minutes each half during the Finals. Except for the friendly games which will be 5minutes each half.

POINTS SYSTEM

The points system will be standard, 5pts for a try but there will be no conversion of tries because of no goal post. However, there will be an automatic 7pts awarded to the team that scores its tries in BETWEEN the GATE. The GATE will be a designated area marked by cones in the center of the score line where the goal post should have been.

• 4 points for the winner of the game.
• 2 points for a draw between the two teams.
• 1 point for the looser of the game.
• 0 point for each team that do not show on time.
• 1 "bonus" point for scoring four tries more than the opponent.
• 1 "bonus" point for losing by seven points (or less).

Matches drawn after regulation are continued into Extra Time, in 5-minute periods from g30,33-34 and g37-40 and 42-43.

If two teams have the same number of points at the end of pool games, the better ranked team is:

1. the winning team of the game between the two teams.
2. the team that scored the highest number of tries during all pool games.
3. the team that scored the highest number of points during all pool games.

DISCIPLINARY AND JUDICIAL MATTERS

On the day, it will be determine by the Game Director and advisors.

PLAYERS SWAPPING TEAM

Not a problem on this day. As long as that needing team is ok with it and the coaches of both teams agree to it.

REFEREES

They are to be adhered to at all levels and at all cost during the duration of a game. Their decision is final and MUST be obeyed.

ALCOHOL

Alcohol can only be consumed in the cafeteria and MUST not be brought outside to the stands.
