Karl Frish on BRK side, Andreas Fyri and Adam Harrington on Ork side talking about the NM15s finale.

Karl, may we have first few words on the new National Men 15s head coach, Peter Burke (former ORK coach). You’ve been working since few months with Peter, what do you think of him as a coach?

Karl: “Peter is a very good coach, precise, organised, gives structure and confidence to his team.”

Back to the big game on Saturday, Oslo RK, an old Bergen rival, what do you think of them?

Karl: “I think Oslo are well organised and structured with a solid pack and they keep it simple.”

Andreas, Adam,  in your opinion, what are Bergen strenghts and weaknesses, if any?

Adam: “Bergen has historically always had a big and agile back row. They are competetive in the forwards and well organised. Without having seen them play this year, except for the 2010 final, its hard to comment on the question, but it seem like they have been going through a generation shift this year, with a lot of new players coming through. A few of them might be lacking experience, but ORK take the task at hand seriously.”

Since the pool game has been cancelled (Bergen RK forfeited), the teams did not face each other since the final in April, it might be difficult to define a strategy for saturday's final? Or maybe you got some inputs from other coaches?

Karl: “I dont think Oslo will change too much from the last final, it worked well for them, no reason to go off type.”

Andreas Fyri

Coach & Manager ORK

Andreas: “We havent talked to other coaches about the BRK team, we have only concentrated on our own gameplan and how we want to play the game, to our strenghts.”

What's your pronostic?

Karl: “Hope we can put up a better fight this year.”

Adam: “This is very hard to say, not having seen even one of BRK's games this year. We expect it to be a tight fought battle as always, but ORK to come out on top at the end. ORK by 15 points.”

Thanks guys, and good luck to both teams on Saturday.
