My name is Maurizio Scarcella and I'm trying to create a rugby team in Trondheim.
I wished to make a proposal to boost Norwegian rugby:

I know several people in Celtic league,and my idea was to create a collaboration between the norwegian teams and Celtic League's players.
With the help of their players and the suggestions of their coaches we can raise the level of the game and the skills of our local players,and I hope to increase the presence of supporters and the attention of sponsors.
I read that sometime the teams have problems of lack of players because of job or study  reasons,and this idea can be a solution for the problem.
Let me know what you think about this idea,I really would like to know your opinion,if there is something to improve.
